All signs point to renewable energy. Confused Volkswagen AG customers want information about how the VW scheme to allegedly cheat U.S. auto-pollution tests will affect compliance with clean-air standards, performance and resale value, but finding answers is scarce, Christina Rogers and Eric Sylvers report in the Wall Street Journal.

The timing is perfect for you to take a closer look at Carbon Recall.

On September 25, 2015, the U.S. and China announced significant steps in battling climate change, including a promise by China to launch a program by 2017 to cap some emissions and put a price on carbon, a first for China, Colleen McCain Nelson and William Mauldin report in the Wall Street Journal. The moves come ahead of efforts to wrap up an international accord in December to reduce global carbon-dioxide emissions.

An aging grid infrastructure and the retirement of traditional power plants creates an urgent need to infuse new sources of power such as wind and solar into the mix.

As renewable energy is becoming mainstream in America, the opportunities for Carbon Recall affiliates to provide fully integrated renewable energy solutions are becoming infinitely scalable.

Water is the new oil anywhere water is scarce; installing greywater systems with water saving features is one of the many services offered by Carbon Recall affiliates. This distinguishes Carbon Recall’s total property clean, renewable energy solutions (even adding solar powered irrigation pumps) from local subcontracting services firms that usually offer just one specialty and limited services.

Check out this WSJ article by Kerry Close about Californian’s temptation to report a local homeowner with lush landscaping at his Mill Valley home during California’s water shortage. However, the home was quenched with recycled water. When the homeowners bought their home in 2013 for $2.8 million, its greywater  system was a major selling point. The system captures and filters water drained from bathroom sinks and showers and repurposes it to irrigate their lawn.

Now in their fourth year of extreme drought (see this article), more Californians are installing systems that recycle domestic wastewater (excluding sewage) for irrigation. Companies that install these systems say demand has soared in the past year; one company estimates a 200% increase. Costs for greywater  systems can range from hundreds of dollars to tens of thousands or more.

Leveraging anticipated advancements into your present day focus will increase the level of your success in the future. However, very few companies provide fully integrated renewable energy solutions such as those provided by Carbon Recall affiliates.

“Invention is the mother of necessity.” Many think that it is the other way around, but the truth is that the best products and services create their own market. Take the iPhone for example. It dropped out of the sky, and no one realized they needed it until after the market was created. When selecting a franchise, try to find one that is creating its own market. Most times, this is where the really special business opportunities are.

There are 140 million residential and commercial properties in the U.S., and 90 percent were built before 2005. Therefore, 126 million properties in the U.S. are very inefficient consumers of energy. According to the EPA, buildings account for 38 percent of total U.S. energy consumption. Residential buildings account for 54 percent of that total, while commercial buildings account for the other 46 percent. The market opportunity for Carbon Recall’s unique clean, renewable energy solutions is compelling.

Carbon Recall is spreading clean energy solutions across America. At Carbon Recall, we turn a complex process into one that is smooth, simple, and carefree for our customers. We start by personally assessing the energy efficiency and performance of their property, ensuring that our custom designed proposal will work best for our customers’ timetable, budget, and overall renewable energy objectives. Then we create a comprehensive plan, usually requiring the integration of many moving parts, and provide a simple solution that optimizes energy use, energy production, comfort, and savings.

According to the WSJ, energy innovation and energy “transition” are today’s hot topics. The August 21, 2015 Wall Street Journal article titled, “The Power Revolution” presents a persuasive argument for why we are in a power coup. However, the fossil fuel paradigm is getting disintermediated by renewable energy at a much faster pace than this very convincing article presents. The fact is that renewable energy is already the go-to energy source in many parts of the world, and it’s gaining traction much quicker than previously predicted.

President Barack Obama aims to have 20% of U.S. electricity come from wind and solar by 2030. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has gone one better: a few weeks ago, she pledged that, within 10 years of her taking office, there would be enough renewable electricity to power every home in America. That would certainly be a sprint, given that wind and solar now account for less than 6% of our electricity.

Some are more cautious about such prospects. Bill Gates recently committed $2 billion to “breakthrough” energy innovation because he is convinced that current technologies can reduce carbon-dioxide emissions—and the human contribution to climate change—only at costs that he has called “beyond astronomical.”

One thing is certain, over the next few months, with the approach of December’s big climate-change conference in Paris (more than 190 countries are expected to attend) the discussion will grow more intense over how quickly the planet can move away from coal, oil and natural gas, and toward a low-carbon future.

What will you do during this power revolution?
